In order to settle the estate of Ronald Thompson the following 167 acres with house and buildings will be offered at auction, located at the farmstead, 22315 Lovell Road, Sycamore, Illinois. Directions to Auction: 2 miles east of Sycamore, Illinois on Rt. 64 to Lovell Road, then south 1 ½ miles to farm.

This highly productive, well drained grain farm is located in Section 11 of Cortland Twp. And will be offered in 3 separate parcels.

Terms for Auction: $10,000.00 down of each parcel on auction day. The seller will pay all 2009 taxes. The crop land will be available for the 2010 crop year with possession subject to the removal of crops. Sellers will provide survey and a guaranteed title for each parcel. Announcements made day of sale take precedence over all other advertisement. Property being offered as-is with no contingencies. Sellers will cooperate with buyers on 1031 exchanges.

Parcel #3 60 Acres M.O.L. This parcel is located on the east side of Lovell Road with frontage of 1,970ft. This parcel would be would be large enough for a building permit. Zoned A-1 & offered by the surveyed acre. We will not combine the parcels. Each parcel will stand on its own. You can buy 1, 2 or 3 parcels.
