In order to settle the estate of Ruth Pollock the following 314 acres will be offered at auction, located on the farm land Clare Road, Sycamore, Illinois. Directions to auction: 4 miles west of Sycamore, Illinois on Rt. 64 to Clare Road, then south 3/4 miles to auction site, auction held outside watch for tent.

This highly productive, well drained grain farm has 155 acres located in Section 36 of South Grove Twp. and 158 acres located in Sections 30 & 31 of Mayfield Twp. Soil types include Flanagan, El Paso and Catlin silt loams. The land is available for the 2010 crop year. This farm is highly maintained and managed. A very productive DeKalb County farm. FSA info has 312 acres total tillable, corn base of 149 acres and 128 bu. direct yield and 172 bu. Cc yield. Beans have a 142.8 acre base with a 39 bu direct yield and 47 bu. CC yield.

Terms for Auction: $10,000.00 down of each parcel on auction day. The seller will pay all 2009 taxes. The crop land will be available for the 2010 crop year with possession subject to the removal of crops. Balance due September 30, 2009. Sellers will provide survey and a guaranteed title for each parcel. Announcements made day of sale take precedence over all other advertisement. Property being offered as-is with no contingencies.
